My daughter hit a coyote in an old 2008 Ford Taurus. We took the vehicle to Mike Trammel Body Shop & they did an amazing job. My daughter called me, thrilled with the repair & the condition of the car. They repaired the vehicle, found damage we hadn’t notice & cleaned it inside & out! She felt like she had a brand new car & they finished early & let us know promptly. Would recommend this shop all day, every day!!

Fast and friendly service. A little taken back by 3.9% added to total when paying by a card. I understand trying to cover the costs of accepting credit cards, but visa and Mastercard do not charge 3.9%. Small profits being made on top of the fee from the credit card.
Cahaba Collision did a FANTASTIC job repairing my truck! They made the entire process as easy as possible. They gave me an estimate that they hit nearly perfectly and came in a day ahead of schedule on finishing it.
I worked with Brent and he took care of everything and made the entire process seamless and it made a very bad day a little easier knowing that he was going to make sure I was taken care of! Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous and they were great about communicating the status of everything.
The repairs were superb and you would never know there was any damage at all. It looks as good as new! They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was back to factory original condition.

From the first moment I walked in the door for an estimate to the day I drove my freshly repaired and completed body work on my F150, Cahaba Collision Center staff members were professional and resourceful in getting my repairs started and in the right direction to getting back on the road. This was the first incident I have personally had with getting body work maintenance and repairs from an accident and each team member provided professional and certified information with lots of patience and guidance. Erik and Brent in the front office walked me through every step and kept me well informed of the process along the way. The repairs that were completed and the detail that went into the work made my truck look like it came fresh off the assembly line. The team members providing the maintenance and repairs definitely excel at their craft and performed to exceed above and beyond the standard. I will continue to use Cahaba Collision for any body repair or painting needs and recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.

Aside from the bodywork being flawless, everyone that works in the front office is so nice and helpful. Lynn was a joy to work with in particular. They kept me in the loop on any changes that were made and made the entire process with the insurance companies painless.
Also, the rental program with Long Lewis is very very very convenient. Drop your car off at Cahaba Collision and walk up front to the dealership to get your rental. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was there for MAYBE 20 minutes before I was on the road.
10/10 experience, I will be highly recommending to everyone.

They answered my questions and concerns professionally and gave me adequate information in order for me to weigh my options with dealing with my insurance claim for repair. They gave me an estimated repair time which was far out but understandable due to parts availability but once parts were received went to work right away. Glad I chose them as a repair option. This is the second time I have used Cahaba collision center and have been very happy with their work. This visit involved replacing an an entire door on the passenger side due to a wreck. The paint was matched perfectly and the door was installed so that you would never know anything had been damaged. In addition, they warranty their work for as long as you own the car. I highly recommend this business would definitely use them again.
I took my Tahoe to them after an accident based on a friends recommendation. Whole front side smashed in. They originally told me 4 months and turned it around in 6 weeks. Saved me a lot of money on rentals by doing it so quickly. Did a great job and the work was done right. Will definitely be using them again.
I was very pleased with the quality of the body work Cahaba Collision performed on my Volvo. They immediately suggested that the back panel be repaired versus replaced, which was significantly less expensive and better for the car. Their quote was very competitive – actually a few dollars less than my State Farm appraiser. Even though they are not a State Farm preferred body shop (the Vestavia location) they worked with them easily. Work was completed earlier than promised and I can’t tell there was ever an accident! Great job! They also coordinated a service on my car with the Service Dept while I was there. Very pleased!!

Had a paint issue on my 2019 GMC AT4 ( Black ) and the back rear quarter panel of the truck needed to be repainted.. Dropped my truck off on Monday as requested and truck panel was repainted and the truck was ready to go on Friday morning. Fantastic job for me and price seemed reasonable due to the panel needing no body work just paint. Very positive experience for me 👍👍
